Thank You
Thank you for taking our Progesterone Quiz.  Here are the answers to the quiz!

1.  A - There are a number of symptoms associated with low progesterone and spotting in the luteal phase is one of them.

2.  A - True.  Yes - if you're not producing the right amount of progesterone to feel good in the luteal phase, this could be a huge sign that you're not ovulating or you're ovulating irregularly -- a big no no, when it comes to your health!

3.  B - You have to test progesterone 5 - 7 days after you've ovulated.  You can't test based on the belief that all women ovulate on day 14 and have a 28-day cycle.

How did you do?  Do any of the symptoms ring a bell?  The next step is always proper testing to see what's actually going on with your progesterone.  Take a look at the Hormone Tool Box for more information on how to know what progesterone is doing in your cycle.  For help and guidance with hormone balance, book a discovery call and we can come up with a plan of action.
